Although all VIP Packages are sold out, some events have single-event VIP upgrades available. These are only valid with an existing ticket or wristband and give the purchaser Q-jump entry and access to the VIP area and VIP bar for that event only.

Wristbands can also be collected during check for those staying at Best Western Premier Hotel.

Once you confirm your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with all your booking details. You can log into your account on ... to view and download your ticket(s) at any time. This makes it easy to locate your ticket/booking when needed and avoids misplacing on your device! Otherwise, your ticket (PDF) will be sent to you via email a week prior to the event.

Name changes can be made up to 6 weeks before the event by logging in to your account and following the instructions on how to change a name.
Unfortunately, as part of our T&C'S, we do not accept refunds on tickets.
You can opt to pay for your booking:
- In one single payment.
- In an initial deposit (50%) and a second subsequent balance payment.
- In a payment plan, comprised of 4 instalments including an initial deposit (25%) and 3 monthly payments.

Yes, we have payment plan options available. Please select the payment plan option in the "How would you like to pay" section on the final checkout page.
If you pay via the payment plan option, you will pay the first instalment at the time of booking and then pay the subsequent 3 instalments monthly. A 3% payment plan fee is added to the total balance for this service.
Payment Plans are only offered to customers when there’s enough time (4 months) to complete all payments before the experience start date.
Balance payments must be made as per the terms of your payment plan. Failure to do so would put you at risk of the booking being cancelled and losing any money already paid towards the balance.
If a payment plan has been set up, we will automatically take the instalment on each payment date on the plan. It is your responsibility to ensure payments do not fail.
If we are unable to charge your card, due to your card being expired, insufficient funds or it has been declined by the bank, don’t panic. We’ll attempt to take the payment again in seven days, giving you time to fix the issue or update your payment method.
Please be aware, that if the same payment fails 3 times, then your booking is at risk of being cancelled.

Guests can also book for 4 or 5 nights (at Bora Bora only) arriving on Wednesday 11th or Thursday 12th September. Our 5 night packages offer the 5th night for free so you will only pay for 4 nights regardless.

Yes, all rooms are based on at least 2 people sharing but we offer single-person packages allowing one person to book a double room and only pay for one events ticket.
No, to keep the costs down we have made breakfast optional. You can choose to add breakfast as an additional add-on.
This is charged at £8 a night per person at Bora Bora or £10 a night per person at Best Western Premier.
No, Best Western Premier is only available for 3-night packages.
If you're unable to book a package, you can book at alternative hotels, apartments or villas. We recommend using Booking.com or AirBnB.co.uk and staying in or near St Paul's Bay.
