Why isn't breakfast included in packages?

To keep the pricing as low as possible, we have kept breakfast as an optional extra, so you only pay for it if you intend to utilise it.

Can I pay for extras using a deposit or payment plan?

No, extras need to be paid for in full at the point of purchase. If you purchase these alongside tickets or packages, the deposit or payment plan will apply to the eligible products in your basket.

Breakfast can only be booked by hotel guests.

Please be sure to add breakfast for each person in your booking.

Tickets are non-refundable.

You can buy extras for others but will need to transfer the ticket to them before the event. This can be done once logged into your account (you create an account during checkout).

PDF Tickets will be sent a week prior to the event.

All events are 18+ and Government Identification will be required to redeem tickets.
